Shannon Jones is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who works with the doctors at FirstCare - Springdale to provide medical care. She will provide the same quality health care you have come to expect from FirstCare.

An advanced nurse practitioner (A.P.N.) is a registered nurse who has obtained a master’s degree. Shannon received her master's degree from the University of Missouri in Kansas City. An APN is a medically trained and licensed health care provider who works in collaboration with physicians to provide medical care.

Shannon provides physical exams, women's healthcare, pediatric evaluations, and management of chronic illnesses. She has special training in dermatology and can write prescriptions. Shannon has lived in Northwest Arkansas for nearly 30 years, and her life, friends, and family are here in the community. Shannon and her husband have two sons, age 9 and 13, that keep them busy with junior rodeo, team roping, and school athletic activities. Shannon looks forward to providing many years of care for you and your family.
