Prescriptions
Please have prescriptions filled at your appointment or during clinic hours. Access of your medical record may be necessary. Allow at least 4 days for your prescription to be processed.

Request a Prescription Refill Online
Prescriptions Refill Requests can be submitted 24 hours a day. Online Prescription Requests are monitored 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 72 hours for your Refill Request to be confirmed.

Please be aware that if you have a limited prescription, you will need to request an appointment.
