Requests are confirmed by a receptionist between 8 a.m. and 4p.m.,
Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Online Appointment

Emergencies
FirstCare provides a Physician On-call to handle patient emergencies.
If you have a problem when the clinic is closed, you may call
the number below and the hospital operator will put you
in touch with the FirstCare Physician On-Call.

If you
need to cancel an appointment, please notify the clinic at least 24 hours prior
to your scheduled appointment so that someone
else may be seen.
Referrals
If you need a referral for specialist services, contact us before
you make the appointment. This is to insure coverage of the
referral
by your insurance company. We may need to obtain authorization
from your insurance company. FirstCare requests at least two
business
days to prepare the paperwork for the referral.
Please keep a record of your referrals. FirstCare cannot be responsible
for maintaining a record of remaining authorized visits for each
patient.
